By placing an order with beyyn, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms as below.
We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. Items will then be dispatched, and you will receive a shipping confirmation via email.
beyyn charges you in Great British Pounds. If you are outside the United Kingdom, please remember that buy/sell exchange rates can differ depending on when your credit and debit card provider processes the transaction, so the amount that appears on your credit card statement may be slightly different to the converted invoiced amount. Credit card companies may also charge international payment fees and/or commission for selling you foreign currency. Please contact your credit card provider directly for their terms and conditions.
UK Delivery: Kindly note any unique shipping comments on certain product pages. We aim to have your smaller items safely packed and delivered to you within 7 business days if you opt for standard delivery. Larger furniture items may require up to 14 business days. For an order to be considered for next day delivery it must be made between 8.00 and 18.00 Monday to Friday or it will be processed the following business day, any orders made Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.
International Delivery: Furniture cannot be delivered internationally, only small and medium sized homeware and accessories. We aim to have your items safely packed and delivered to you within 7 - 10 business days. Any orders made Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday.

Customs Charges on International Orders
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout and do not include customs and duty charges. Payment for customs and import duties are the sole responsibility of the customer.
We accept returns on items in their original condition within 14 days of purchase for a refund. Please make a note of how your products were packaged so that should you decide to return them, they are repacked in similar condition to ensure their safe return. If they are damaged upon return due to poor packing by the customer, beyyn cannot be held responsible and a refund will not be issued.
Costs of return shipping are at the expense of the customer.

Faulty or Damaged Items
The team at beyyn takes special care to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before delivering to you. We also carefully package your items to protect them during transit. In the unlikely event of a faulty item being received we will of course replace the item at our cost, and request from you to send us an email, description and photograph of the issue.
Refunds of faulty products or items damaged on arrival are accepted. Please email us immediately on firstname.lastname@example.org with a photograph of as evidence and so we can keep a replacement item aside for you as we have limited numbers. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If we do not have a replacement available we will arrange a refund.
Privacy and Security
We collect customer information so that we can process your orders as efficiently as possible. All your information is kept secure and we will not disclose or share this information to other parties under any circumstances. We do not record credit card details; all credits cards are processed use payment express and Shopify, which uses the latest SSL technology to keep your information safe.
Joining the beyyn mailing list is optional, and we recommend it. If you have signed up to our mailing list and would like to unsubscribe simply click the ‘unsubscribe’ button in the footer of our last newsletter or email us with unsubscribe in the subject area, and we shall remove you from the list.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully and you will not receive marketing emails from us just because you have placed an order in the past unless you want to receive our newsletter, you will be asked if you want to sign up if you place an order. We will not email you in the future unless you have given us your consent or it is directly relevant to an order you have placed.
The type of information we will collect about you includes: your name, address and email address. These are collected by Shopify for the strict intention of processing your order and will not be used for any other purpose, nor will they be disclosed to a third party. As Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. processes all payments, we have no access to any credit card numbers or bank details at any point.
